Brock Berry

Co-Founder & CEO

Brock Berry is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and technology. He directs the agency's strategic vision, focusing on technology and product development to deliver innovative solutions for clients. Brock has previously held leadership roles at AdTaxi and The Denver Post. He has received numerous accolades, including CEO of the Year by the Colorado Technology Association in 2018, was a finalist for EY Entrepreneur of the Year, and serves on several industry boards.

Shelby Carlson

Co-Founder & COO

Shelby Carlson is an accomplished technology executive with nearly 15 years of experience leading organizations, developing products, and growing companies from start-up to maturity. Her extensive experience in digital marketing and technology makes her a subject matter expert in programmatic, native, OTT, video, search advertising, and email marketing. Shelby has held various roles that honed her skills in digital marketing, sales, and operations, contributing to her deep understanding of the industry.

Chris Christopulos

CFO

Chris oversees finance, HR, administration, and legal for Techint Labs and AdCellerant. With extensive experience in corporate finance for large enterprises, he brings a strategic perspective to the team, supporting custom modeling needs for clients. Before joining Techint Labs, Chris held leadership roles at AdTaxi, Digital First Media, and MediaNews Group. He has a BA in Economics from DePauw University.

Adam Lee

Responsible for launching Techint Labs, Adam brings experience in building, managing, and scaling performance-driven advertising agencies. His commitment to successful, long-term partnerships and higher education experience enables him to engage with clients quickly, understand their objectives, and define solutions. He is a well-respected industry speaker and a subject matter expert in leading publications, including Forbes.

Sara Lennon

President

Sara oversees multi-media strategies, plans, budgets, and data analytics for Techint Labs' clients. With nearly 20 years of experience in media planning and buying, she specializes in audience segmentation, data analysis, and research-led tactics across traditional and digital media. Before joining Techint Labs, Sara worked at agencies like Crispin Porter + Bogusky and Universal McCann, leading media initiatives for global brands.

Meghan Brito

SVP, Marketing

Meghan leads the marketing department for Techint Labs and its parent company, AdCellerant. She is an accomplished marketing professional responsible for developing strategies that drive growth and ensure the company's success. Meghan has successfully managed corporate marketing strategy, creative initiatives, and brand management for several businesses across Denver. Before her marketing career, she was a World Champion equestrian.

Jonathan Hemnes

EVP of Engineering

Jonathan Hemnes serves as the Executive Vice President of Engineering, specializing in strategy and teams. With over ten years of engineering experience, an academic foundation in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA, Jonathan's expertise bridges the gap between technical innovation and business strategy. His leadership is pivotal in driving innovative solutions and shaping the company's direction.

Jeff Fairley

SVP of Engineering

Jeff Fairley brings over 15 years of experience in software development and engineering leadership to Techint Labs. He now oversees the agency’s engineering department, guiding the development of cutting-edge technologies. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Mississippi State University and a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. His strong educational foundation and extensive hands-on experience have enabled him to consistently drive innovation and excellence in every role he has undertaken.

Libby Stephens

VP of Client Services

Libby leads client services with a focus on process efficiency and strategic management. She has a diverse background in public relations, business development, and project management and experience in higher education, travel and tourism, retail and e-commerce, and financial services. Before joining Techint Labs, she worked with national and global brands at agencies like The Integer Group and AdTaxi.

Wes Miller

VP of Agency Operations

Wes leads operations, overseeing digital campaign implementation, optimization, and reporting. With expertise in self-service platforms and the latest advertising technology, he focuses on maximizing return on investment and reducing CPAs. Wes is committed to delivering high-quality service to clients across various industries. Before joining Techint Labs, he worked in digital marketing roles at Techint Labs’ parent company, AdCellerant, and other Denver advertising agencies.

Zak Smith

Director of SEM Strategy

Zak leads the search engine marketing team, specializing in complex search solutions for Google and Bing. He has worked with higher education institutions like Virginia Commonwealth University and Colorado State University. Zak will help clients by crafting and executing custom search strategies, using competitive data and industry trends, and optimizing campaigns based on their unique goals. Before Techint Labs, Zak developed search strategies at several digital advertising agencies and began his career at Google, handling accounts from SMBs to large corporations.

Christina Meyer

Director of Digital Strategy

Christina leads a team of digital strategists, managing strategy development, campaign implementation, and reporting. She ensures digital efforts align with client goals and drive results. Her experience includes working with clients like Gaylord Texan Resort and The Broadmoor. Christina helps clients by identifying programmatic and paid social opportunities, setting up reporting for a holistic media mix, and establishing KPIs. Before Techint Labs, she managed paid social campaigns at Vladimir Jones for brands like OtterBox and media plan execution for McDonald's at Bernstein-Rein.

Rachel Yohanan

DIrector of Media

Rachel leads a team of strategists, overseeing media approaches to achieve client objectives using data-driven insights. Her travel and tourism experience includes Snowmass Tourism and Steamboat Resorts. Rachel helps clients by identifying opportunities through competitive pulls, audience and market analyses, and industry trends, providing recommendations for both strategic and tactical optimizations. Before Techint Labs, she managed strategic oversight for brands like Otter Products and Roku at agencies including Vladimir Jones and IMM.

Serena Cecere

Account Director

Serena leads client services for direct accounts. She has expertise in programmatic and social platforms and a strong background in operations and performance reporting for entities, including Elevation Resort and Snowmass Tourism. Serena ensures smooth client onboarding, sets clear expectations, and coordinates with teams to meet campaign goals, overseeing all stages from planning to reporting. Before Techint Labs, she worked in account strategist and operations roles at the Denver Post and Techint Labs’ parent company, AdCellerant.

Lauren Morrell

Molly leads business development for partnerships at Techint Labs. With a strong foundation in digital strategy, she focuses on helping brands and partners streamline vendor relationships, improve media performance, and unlock cost efficiencies. Molly works to identify growth opportunities, guide strategic alignment, and ensure the right fit for long-term success. Before joining Techint Labs, Molly worked at Gray Digital Media, STIR, and an AdTech company. She held a leadership role and worked with notable clients, including Pepsi, Verve Credit Union, Pizza Hut franchisees, and Miracle Ear. Molly graduated with a focus on client development and strategy, bringing nearly two decades of experience across various industries, including consumer packaged goods (CPG), healthcare, and higher education. Molly graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's Degree in English and Communications.

One GS Media (a for profit digital media business owned by Girl Scouts of the USA) had been in market for a year but lacked a clear and data-informed strategy to drive its site visitors and engagement. We worked in partnership with Techint to transform our paid media strategy and its execution and our SEO work.

Techint developed a reliable marketing strategy that yielded results that far exceeds industry standards. In a short period of time, we increased visits and page views 31%, decreased the overall bounce rates and 38% decrease in organic bounce rate as an indicator of content interest, improved organic users 200% and increased referral traffic 47%. “The International School of Denver is a Pre-K-8 language immersion school located in Denver’s Lowry neighborhood. We opened as a French immersion school over 45 years ago in 1977. Today, we serve over 700 students across four programs:

  • Chinese
  • French
  • Spanish
  • International Baccalaureate Middle School

Our students are taught by native speakers from China, France, and Spain and learn more than just language. Our students not only learn how to learn, they learn to love learning. Through play-based and project-based learning techniques, we teach a framework for learning that can transcend the four corners of the classroom. We aren’t teaching to a test. We are teaching students how to be curious and empathetic life-long learners, with a growth and global mindset.

More than just a language school, we are an international community for families from around the world.

Our story is inspiring. But, it is nuanced and layered and wasn’t the easiest one to tell. And we didn’t have a visual identity or voice that told our story succinctly or was elevated enough to match the caliber of the programming we offer.

We were in desperate need of a brand refresh that captured these ambitious goals:

  • Create a uniform look, feel, and voice for the school.
  • Inspire unity among our community behind the brand.

We wrote our request for proposal and offered it to a variety of creative suppliers both local in Denver and nationwide, some specific to just education and some with experience across verticals. Techint was in this candidate pool.

Techint immediately stood out from the pack by doing something no other firm did. They asked for a tour of our campus. And when they came, they were engaged and asked thoughtful questions and were so genuinely curious that it created a lasting impression. And when it came time to pitch their proposal, it was clear they just got us.
